Defeating the big sister in Ryan amusments and in Paupers Drop

before you grab the Incinerate plasmind, head back to the entrance of the park where the first ADAM corpse was and lay multiple trap rivets near the room with the giant murial on the wall. Grab the Incinerate plasmind and upgrade you health and EVE. Purchase maximum amount of EVE hypotonics and first aid kits. head back and begin the battle but stay near the doorway you just came in at and back up. The telekinesis is strong but not as strong to pull you fully into the room. Use your own telekinesis to hurl items back at the Big Sister and if your lucky, a few shots with the heavy rivets but DO NOT waste them, they are rare and hard to come by. Grab the ADAM and items off of her and be on your way to Paupers Drop.

Paupers drop:

before grabbing the key from Gracie, find two little sisters & harvest the ADAM off of the corpses. Once done, head up the Sinclaire Deluxe until you meet a Leadhead Splicer playing dead. Kill him and to the right, there should be a Little Sister Vent. Rescue her then prepare yourself by lying Trap Rivets around the door frame on each entrance. Reload each weapon and stick with the drill, shotgun, and heavy rivets. Wait for her and kick her ass!

Hint: you will want to equip the research camera so you can get a reward
